Pray and Worship first!

Normally if we're sick, our first thought would be "go to the doctor and have yourself checked"  that was actually what came to mind yesterday as I felt very sick, I was panicking inside because I could not stand up nor sit due to dizziness.  Thankful that I am reminded of what should come first.

PRAY and WORSHIP! Because when we worship and linger in the presence of God, healing and deliverance take place, As my husband is helping me I asked him to pray and he played a worship song (Paul Ang album) and joined him in praying in the spirit.

I was ready to go to Emergency Room but I waited a bit and prayed more. 

Ending- I am back to work now, no trip to ER but will schedule a doctor’s visit soon just to check where that came from.

Whatever you are going through right now, I urge you to pray and worship, it might be an emotional sickness, financial problem or whatever it is-know that our GOD is the God of Impossible. HE CAN DO ALL THINGS and HE hears our prayers.

Praise HIM from whom all blessings flow!

Be strong and courageous!

Going through my facebook feeds this morning, I saw a lot are in need of prayers and encouragement, there is this lady who just got married this year and is pregnant, lost her husband to cancer two weeks ago and yesterday she found out there is a problem with her baby and that she has to undergo operation once she's out and that she may not wait for full term and might have an emergency CS.

I think it's too much for a newlywed, new wife and new mom. But who are we to question's God' plan. I know that GOD is good and will always be good even if our situations are bad.

I posted this verse on her wall, praying that she will be encouraged somehow, praying she'll be more stronger  to face another bout of trial.

I am praying also that whoever is reading and needs prayer and encouragement  will also be  encourage by this verse. Please know that God is not leaving your side. All through your trials and testing..He is right there beside you and I  know He will help you go through it. Blessings everyone!

Like David's heart

This is my constant prayer for my husband ever since I met him. That he will have a heart like David- known to be a man after God's own heart. Devoted to HIS word and is delighted to meditate on it day and night.

That he will love the Lord more than anyone and anything else in this world. That he will be a true worshiper of one true God.

And that if ever he falls short or if he sin he will have immediate and profound conviction and do what David did in Psalm 51.

"Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me" 

I pray that he will forever use his God given talents to serve HIM and his people.  I know his love for music is founded with his love for God-the very reason why he sings and why he writes songs.

I'm just one proud wife. I wish I can gift him this great shure sm7b at musicians friend, for sure he'll appreciate it very very much.

But knowing him, with or without such music equipment, he will just keep singing to the Lord.

Pray for the Philippines

Please pray for those who are greatly affected by the recent flooding. Pray that they will get to recover soon and that they may have hope and faith in the Almighty. 

Pray for our leaders, from the President down to Barangay Captains. Pray that there will be no more corruption in the government. That the taxes will go to where it is badly needed.

Pray for great conviction through out the land, pray for us Filipinos to humble ourselves seek the face of the Lord and turned from our wickedness. Pray for righteousness.

There is HOPE for the Philippines.

Through the Roof

I  will talk about this in our Prayer meeting this Friday. Please pray that the Lord will give me wisdom and that the people who will come and attend the prayer meeting will get something from this. Not by might, nor by power but by the Spirit of the Lord.

Not feeling well

 This evening when I came back from the office I immediately ask my husband to rub me some muscle pain ointment and massage my head because it is hurting so bad plus I am coughing so hard. I don't feel well but I cannot afford to get sick. Medicines and doctor's check up is out of our budget right as we have already drained whatever we can drain in our recent trip. In times like this I wish I availed a Medicare plan that would cover all our medical expenses including regular check-ups. :(

But since I have none, I guess I have to take extra care of my health. I don't know where I got this cold and cough.

Please pray it would go away soon.
