Thankful Thursday-Missionaries

Lynn of Spiritually Unequal marriage is hosting this month so please share with us your thankful post and visit us there :)

For this week I am thankful for the many missionaries out there, for people who leaves the comfort of their homes and share God's love to people. It's not easy, leaving your family, leaving home and friends but they've given up everything in obedience to God's calling.

I am specifically thankful for our short term missionary friends that are vising form England this month. They will be helping us in our ministries here. I am also thankful for their safety trip. We are looking forward to one fruitful month with them!! I hope they won't mind the heat in Manila and that they won't be looking for acne solutions because of that heat. Whatever, I know they will enjoy serving God here.

Happy Thankful Thursday everyone!

We should really be thankful to the missionaries. If were not for their lives, the Gospel will not spread out through out the world.

Thank you for this post. And thank you for your prayers. My husband and I are in fulltime ministry. It helps so much to receive encouragement. My biggest encourager right now is Denise. She emails me every morning and sends cards. It is a Blessing.
Thanks for sharing this.

Oh my goodness, this just made me continue crying, as my son is on a short mission trip to Wales, through England. I am thankful for and praying for all the missionaries, too. Thank you for sharing this post and for your comments to me.

There's a young man I taught in Kids EE who went to missionary school and is set to go on assignment next year. I am humbled by his heart and passion for the gospel. I can totally relate with your post.
