Today is Thankful Thursday and even if I am in the midst of “needs” and of “testings” I will not stop myself from making this post and give glory and thanks to our Lord.
(First) Okay so to start, our lone computer at home gave up on us last Tuesday, for reasons my hubby do not know It just wouldn’t boot, so that means I can’t work (paid blogging) at home. And God knows I needed that extra income more than anything now….
(Second) that my dad phoned me and told me that mom is sick and that she needs to see a doctor which means I have to send money for that.
And lastly our electric bill is now overdue and we’ve now got a disconnection notice.
So you think there’s nothing to be thankful for right? Wrong..because in situation like this, you find more reasons to thank God.
I thank Him for I have good friends and housemate who willingly lend us their laptop at night.
I thank God that until now we still have electricity and I’m sure it will not be disconnected until we paid the bill which is later today. (I claim we can pay it today)
And lastly, I am thankful that my paid blogging money will arrive tomorrow.
I just can’t help but shout that GOD IS GOOD and ALL THE TIME!!!
Hang on to Lynn's post today and be blessed by her "rat" and "laugh" story. I tell you I was blessed and saw God laughing.

Rocks,
O Girl, I will pray to our Lord of provision for the computer and your electric bill.
I just wish I could reach through this screen and hug you. I hope you feel me trying...
Thanks for finding time to praise. The Lord dwells in the praises of His people and he sees you.
BIG, hugs, Lynn
PS. thanks for the grin over my rat story. Hugs.
Wonderful, What a great testimony, God honors thankfulness in "not-so-great" circumstances. I'm sure He'll work on your behalf. We'll say a prayer for ya too.
Thanks for taking time to stop by my site. I appreciate it. Blessings
I loved your post on being thankful even when we have great difficulties. God did not promise us that life would be easy.
I believe you inspired many people by your words!
We serve a big God so He can take care of your Mother, your electric bill, and your computer!
Blessings,
Jeanie
