Written by Harold Herring

10. If you don’t pursue your vision for 2014…you will always be a slave to your circumstances or someone else’s vision.
9. We should NOT fear what the Word of God says we can overcome.
8. Never allow anyone other than God to determine your worth and value.
7. Oversleeping is NOT the way to make your dreams come true. If you need a nap…take it…then get up and get going. Proverbs 6:9-11
6. If you’re under attack…understand the enemy is paying attention to you…because he recognizes your potential for the Kingdom.

Here are the Top 5 Rich Thoughts Nuggets of the week.

5. Never be moved by what others think or say…only by what God directs you to accomplish.
4. As long as you have a dream…you will never be poor. No one can take your dream away but you can give up on it. Don’t.
3. Determination, motivation and preparation will always overcome any failure. The only way you ever fail…is if you quit.

1. If life is a football game. God is the team owner. Jesus is the General Manager. The Holy Spirit is the coach and the Bible is your playbook.

Discipleship

Just came home from our discipleship session. I am currently teaching four young ladies in our church, four beautiful ladies desiring to become good followers of Christ. I love these girls because I can see how they love the Lord, they are all youth leaders and someday I know they will become great leaders of our church. The time and effort *not to mention the money* spent to them are worth it. As a matter of fact, God is also teaching me while I am teaching them.

I am inspired to study the word of God because they are enthusiastic to learn also  Tonight, we talk about the BIBLE, how and why it was written. How God is using the 66 books of the bible to teach us become better person and follower of Christ. As 2 Timothy 3:16 says “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness”. I am so glad that they knew the chronological order of the books of the bible and they are so willing to learn more.

Besides studying the word of God  we also do different things, sometimes we just eat out, have fellowship, sometimes we just pray for each other, sometimes we just share whatever we are going through or talk about anything under the sun, boys, fashion, school, work & many more, in that way,our relationship becomes deeper. I become part of their life and they become part of mine.

And I thank God for giving them to me, I consider them my children in our church  :)

Anyways,  change topic, they say Apricot seeds kill cancer cells ( I should have known when my Dad was still alive we could have tried it) but I only read about it lately eh, don't know though if it really does, but just in case you are looking for raw apricot, you can check apricot kernals here and see if this interest you. And  hope it helps.

God bless everyone!!

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

I'm glad someone discipled me when I was just a new Christian, I'll forever be grateful to them because they taught me the very foundation of my faith.

This week, I'll resume my discipleship sessions with some of the young girls in our church. I pray I'll be able to impart to them what I have learned and that I'll be a good example for them as well.
